This Agreement is electronically concluded between the Company and the Buyer who makes a purchase through the website.
It sets forth the mutual rights and obligations of the parties based on fairness, transparency, and trust.
By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms contained in this Agreement.

1. Parties and Definitions

2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Order and Payment Terms

9. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

9.1. The Buyer has the right to obtain complete and accurate information about the products purchased.
9.2. If a product does not match its description or is defective, the Buyer may request a refund or replacement.
9.3. The Buyer may update or delete their personal data at any time.
9.4. The Buyer has the right to easily unsubscribe from campaigns and promotional notifications.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1. All content, visuals, trademarks, and logos on the website belong to the Company.
10.2. The Buyer may view this content for personal use only and may not copy, share, or use it for commercial purposes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
11.2. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation.

12. Enforcement

12.2. This Agreement enters into force on the date of its electronic acceptance.
